02 — Why source

A manufacturer answers questions an agent cannot.

When you buy from a trading company, every technical question travels one step further and comes back slower. We sit on the production floor, so the answer is the same day.

01

Formula answers, not guesses

Viscosity, scent strength, preservative system and texture can be discussed directly against a batch record rather than paraphrased through a middleman.

02

One party for fill and pack

Filling, labelling, cartoning and inspection happen in the same building. Nothing has to travel between suppliers while your launch date is counting down.

03

Changes without a re-quote chain

Swapping a pump, a fill size or a carton structure is a production decision here, not a negotiation between three companies.

04

Documents from the actual site

Ingredient lists, MSDS, COA and export records come from the site that made your batch, which is what an importer's compliance team asks for.

03 — Process

Six steps from brief to packed goods.

Every step names what you send and what we confirm, so the project never stalls waiting on an unclear next move.

  1. 01

    Choose the SKU

You pick a family, a direction and a target market. We confirm the formula actually fits the brief before anything else.

  2. 02

    Confirm the pack

Fill size, bottle or jar, closure, label language and carton. Packaging decides the MOQ, so it comes early.

  3. 03

    Sample

A sample is produced against the agreed formula and pack. Timing depends on whether the formula exists or needs development.

  4. 04

    Quote and MOQ

Unit price ladder, MOQ per component, lead time and the document set for your market.

  5. 05

    Production

Filling, labelling, cartoning, in-process checks and batch records, all under one roof.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Export packing and paperwork for your channel — distributor, marketplace or salon retail.

04 — Starting points

Six directions buyers ask for first.

A useful shortlist, not a catalogue. Each one has a clear reason to be the first product in a line.

05 — Ways to work

Three depths of customisation.

The right depth depends on how much you want to own and how fast you need to be on shelf. Most first orders sit in the middle.

Least work

Ready-to-brand

Take an existing direction and pack. Add your logo, your label language and your carton artwork. Fastest route to a first order.

  • Existing formula and component
  • Label and carton customisation
  • Shortest sampling cycle

Most common

Semi-custom

Keep the formula base. Change fragrance, colour, fill size, closure or carton structure to make the product yours without new development.

  • Formula base retained
  • Scent, colour and size adjusted
  • New artwork and structural options

Most control

Full OEM / ODM

Develop from a brief: concept, formula direction, component sourcing, artwork support, documentation and production.

  • Development against a brief
  • Component and structure sourcing
  • Document set for the target market

06 — Evidence

What we can hand over, and when.

Compliance teams ask for documents before they ask for prices. Here is what we prepare, and the point in the project where it becomes available.

Product documents
Ingredient list, MSDS and COA issued against the batch that was actually produced.
Market documents
The paperwork your destination market requires, confirmed before production rather than after.
Factory evidence
Licences and site records for your importer or marketplace onboarding, shared under NDA where needed.
Quality checkpoints
Appearance, fill weight, closure torque, labelling and carton inspection by agreed scope.

Questions

Before you send a brief

Can I start with a single product?

Yes, and it is usually the better decision. One hero SKU proves the packaging, the price point and the channel before you commit to a range. Most lines we fill start this way.

What is the difference between ready-to-brand and OEM/ODM?

Ready-to-brand means you take a direction we already produce and add your label, language and carton. OEM/ODM means the formula, component and artwork are developed around your brief, which takes longer but gives you something you own.

How is MOQ decided?

MOQ is set per formula, per fill size and per component. The bottle, the pump and the printing process each carry their own minimum, so the number changes once packaging is confirmed — not before.

Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes. Samples are organised after the product direction, the packaging route and the target market are clear, because a sample without those three answers is not a useful sample.

Which documents can you supply?

Ingredient lists, MSDS, COA and export paperwork are prepared per product and per destination market. Tell us the market first — the document set depends on it.

How long does a project take?

Sample timing depends on whether the formula already exists or has to be developed, and on packaging availability. We confirm the schedule per project rather than quoting a single number for everything.

Send the product, the market and the quantity.

Three details are enough for a useful reply. We will tell you which direction fits, what the packaging does to the MOQ, and what a sample would involve.
